Brentford want to sign Chelsea youngster Tammy Abraham on loan, ESPN say.
Striker Abraham, 18, has impressed at various age levels and has scored 22 goals this season. A number of League clubs have enquired about him in recent months.
ESPN say Brentford, who have Blues youngster John Swift on loan, are hoping to do a deal to take Abraham to Griffin Park.
Meanwhile, Chelsea have opened talks with the representatives of Miralem Pjanic over a potential move for the Roma midfielder, according to The Times.
The newspaper reports that Bosnia-Herzegovina international Pjanic, 25, has a £31m release clause that Chelsea could trigger in order to sign him.
He is said to have been recommended to the club by Antonio Conte, who has been widely tipped to take over as Chelsea manager.
Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia is apparently leading the negotiations over a possible deal for Pjanic, who reportedly earns £60,000 a week.
His Roma team-mate Radja Nainggolan has also been recommended to Chelsea by Conte, reports say.
