QPR’s miserable season continued with an FA Cup humiliation at home to League One side MK Dons. Here’s how we rated the players in their 4-2 defeat.
Robert Green: 5
Little command of his area, poor footwork, no conviction – simply not good enough.
Fabio: 6
Has played well recently and didn’t do badly at right-back.
Anton Ferdinand: 5
Rangers are reluctant to let Ferdinand join Bursaspor before signing centre-back, which last week led to sarcastic tweets from fans offering to drive him to the airport. After this display many would probably be willing to drive him all the way to Turkey.
Tal Ben Haim: 5
Signed to make up the numbers, which is exactly what he did in this game.
Armand Traore: 6
Had a couple of bad moments defensively but overall did okay in comparison to others and looked to get forward.
Ji-sung Park: 5
Has lacked sharpness but, more importantly, seemed to be affected by barracking from the crowd and looked increasingly brittle before being taken off. If Harry Redknapp doesn’t make a statement by putting him straight back into the side, which seems unlikely and would be an unpopular decision in the stands, there may be no way back for the Korean.
Esteban Granero: 6
One of many silly signings. Not right for Rangers and the situation they’re in but clearly a capable player who could do a job elsewhere. Did his best and produced some moments of quality.
Alejandro Faurlin: 5
Effective in certain games. Give him time and space and he will deliver. In a 4-4-2 against an energetic side looking to get people off his shoulder and towards the box, forget it.
Jamie Mackie: 6
Had a go but could surely have sat this one out with Hogan Ephraim or someone else getting a run-out.
DJ Campbell: 5
Had little in the way of service but still needed to do more.
Jay Bothroyd: 5
Not a nice game to play in, but a striker approaching 31 who has had a career in the top two divisions, played for his country and is currently out of favour has got to take the bull by the horns in a match like this to in any way justify his wages.
Bobby Zamora: 6
Brought on midway through the second half as he looks to regain fitness following his injury.

I felt the teams lack of confidence in Green/Ferdinand made the rest of the team nervous, Traore is frightened to make more use of his wing play for that very reason.
Faurlin has lost his confidence and could do with being loaned out to get some matches and to play without fear. Zamora made a difference but we tended to play long balls by then.
Park and Bothroyd don't have much to offer anymore.
I think there's been a small error in compiling these ratings. Shouldn't there be a minus sign beside several of them? Ferdinand for example: -5. That looks about right.
