QPR v Huddersfield player ratings

QPR are still waiting for their first win under Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink. Here’s how we rated each Rangers player in the 1-1 draw against Huddersfield.

Rob Green: 6
Made a couple of good saves in the first half but was beaten from long range for Huddersfield’s equaliser.

Nedum Onuoha: 6
A tough day at the office for the R’s captain, who was rarely protected at right-back and always had his hands full.

Grant Hall: 6
Rarely tested against lone striker Nahki Wells, whose free-kick rescued a point for the Terriers.

Clint Hill: 6
Neat and tidy at the back. Adds a calming influence when he plays.

Paul Konchesky: 6
Mostly solid, but escaped unpunished when he allowed Sean Scannell to nip in front of him at the death.

Karl Henry: 6
Started off on the right of midfield, moved to the number 10 role and eventually found himself in the middle. He excelled in none of those positions but didn’t let his side down.

Sandro: 6
Battled, but struggled to get hold of the game. Taken off just after the hour mark.

Daniel Tozser: 6
Conceded the free-kick that led to Huddersfield’s leveller. Although he provided some excellent set pieces, overall the Hungarian had little influence.

Matt Phillips: 6
Started up top, but moved to the right midway through the first half where he was more dangerous. Should have done better though with a shot he smashed straight at keeper Joe Murphy from six yards.

Junior Hoilett: 7
The best of a bad bunch for much of the game in an attacking sense. He was lively when called upon and fashioned a couple of good chances with his quick feet.

Leroy Fer: 5
A poor performance from the Dutchman, who was never in the game. His withdrawal was welcomed with cheers from the home fans.

Sebastien Polter: 7
Scored the R’s goal when he reacted quickest to slot the ball under Murphy. A focal point up front that helped the team after his introduction.

Tjaronn Chery: 6
Failed to make an impact on the game when brought on with 20 minutes to go.

  • Toszer 6 ? Out of what a thousand ? Dreadful player whose only contribution was to Huddersfield , shouldn't play again , needs to be given away in January .

  • Same old qpr overated player's what happened to the young and hungry player's might as well left Ramsey in charge not seen any difference in the team
