QPR and Tottenham considering move for Celtic star – report
QPR are interested in Celtic striker Gary Hooper, according to the Daily Express.
It is claimed that the R’s and Tottenham are considering making a bid for the 24-year-old after Norwich had an offer rejected.
The Shields Gazette report that QPR have made no approach for defender Titus Bramble, who has been linked with a move to Loftus Road.
“I don’t know anything about Titus going to QPR,” Sunderland boss Martin O’Neill is quoted as saying.
“It’s only speculation and no-one has spoken to me about it.”
West Brom’s Peter Odemwingie will not be allowed to leave The Hawthorns, the Daily Mirror report.
QPR made an offer for the forward before signing Loic Remy from Marseille last week.
Harry Redknapp wants Blackburn defenders Martin Olsson and Scott Dann, the Mirror say.
Rangers first-team coach Joe Jordan watched Rovers’ game against Brighton on Tuesday, leading to speculation that manager Redknapp is looking to sign the duo.
Former Birmingham centre-back Dann was previously a target for QPR, while it is claimed Redknapp has been told his former club West Ham’s bid to sign Olsson is failing.
Hammers boss Sam Allardyce is said to want to pay around £2m for Olsson with Redknapp apparently set to table an offer close to £3m.
The Mirror also report Anton Ferdinand’s possible loan move to Turkish club Bursaspor.
It is suggested that the player may have reservations because Turkish football has seen a number of high-profile racism cases.

The Daily Mail, meanwhile, say R’s forward Jamie Mackie is wanted by Norwich.
