Jonas Olsson is desperate for a move to London, according to The Sun.
The West Brom defender is one of a host of players QPR have enquired about – and they are reported to have made £5m bid.
Arsenal are also said to be monitoring Olsson, who signed a new four-year contract at The Hawthorns in October.
A source is quoted as saying: “Jonas loves it at West Brom but there are personal reasons why he wants to go to London.
“It is about his family. But it has been a hard decision as West Brom have been great for him.”
Meanwhile, Nottingham Forest apparently want to sign Robert Green from QPR.
The Daily Telegraph and Daily Mail report that Forest have targeted him after deciding to dispense with former R’s goalkeeper Lee Camp.
Fulham have again been linked with Birmingham City keeper Jack Butland, this time by the Daily Mirror.
However, it is claimed that the England international, 19, is hoping to join Liverpool if they sell Pepe Reina, who has been linked with Arsenal.
John Terry is targeting next week’s home game against Arsenal for his long-awaited return to first-team action, The Sun report.
Terry is due to feature in an Under-21 game match today – two months after the Chelsea skipper suffered a knee injury against Liverpool.
He apparently will not be considered for Saturday’s trip to Stoke, but could feature in the derby against the Gunners.
The Mirror say former Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti wants to sign Blues star Ashley Cole for Paris St-Germain – or for Real Madrid he ends up taking over at the Bernabeu.
