QPR will set a new club record if they keep an eighth consecutive clean sheet in this weekend’s game against Barnsley.
After opening the season at 6/1, Rangers are now evens with BetVictor to win the title and odds-on at 4/11 to be back in the Premier League next term.
At the start of the campaign we offered odds of 10/11 on them conceding 45 goals or fewer in the Championship this season.
They are now 1/8 and we bet 9/2 they concede 46 or more.
We have also priced up the number of clean sheets Rangers will keep during the season and bet:
Less than 17: 7/4
Between 17 and 20: 15/8
More than 20: 6/4
Meanwhile, down the road at Fulham, Martin Jol is 1/2 to be the next Premier League manager to lose/leave his post.
Jol was jeered by fans after the defeat against Cardiff and the club’s new owners might think enough is enough if Fulham cannot win at home to Stoke – who have lost on four of their last five visits to Craven Cottage.
This is a game they must get something from and they are 29/20 at BetVictor with the draw 23/10 and a Stoke win 11/5.
Fulham are 3/1 to be relegated (Palace 1/6, Sunderland 4/6 and Hull 7/4) with Stoke 9/2.
Both Darren Bent and Dimitar Berbatov are 13/2 to score the opening goal at the weekend and that might be just a shade too big for both players.
Bent to score and Fulham to win is 4/1. I think they’ll win 2-1.
