Fulham are vying with Southampton for the signing of Millwall midfielder Liam Trotter, the Daily Mirror say.
The Saints have previously shown an interest in Trotter and have been tipped to make an offer for him when the transfer window opens in January.
But Fulham have had the 24-year-old watched and it is claimed that they too are planning £2m bid.
