Fans on Twitter praise Hoilett and Luongo
Canadian fans on Twitter were once again impressed with Junior Hoilett despite defeat in a World Cup qualifier.
The QPR winger, born in Ontario, won his fifth cap in the 2-0 loss to Mexico, having made his debut in a friendly with Ghana in October.
Hoilett came off after 80 minutes with a slight injury but did enough in that time to earn praise.
Junior Hoilett…what a player! #Canada

Nice to see Tesho bummed to see Hoilett go. He and Arfield might be big for us, good thing they have time to heal #CanMNT

I like Junior Hoilett for #CanMNT. Has to find a way to combine with Cyle Larin. Nice chance there.

Meanwhile, Rangers fans were pleased to see Massimo Luongo score again for Australia, this time in a 5-1 win over Harry Redknapp’s Jordan.
And there were Australian supporters also marking out Luongo for praise.
Good to see Luongo score at international level. Back down to earth with a bump for Mr Redknapp.
