QPR fans on Twitter react to Gladwin’s possible loan move
QPR fans on Twitter have been reacting to the news that summer signing Ben Gladwin could be sent out on loan.
West London Sport revealed earlier today that Gladwin, 23, planned to hold talks with head coach Chris Ramsey about his lack of first-team action and could leave on loan, with Swindon interested in re-signing him.
The midfielder has started only one league match since being signed from the Robins during the summer. And many Rangers fans seemed disappointed not to have seen more of him this season.
Shame if Gladwin goes without getting a sniff. — Ross Weaver (@WeavQPR) October 8, 2015
It will be a step backwards if Gladwin goes out on loan. I don’t get it at all

Surprised by the Gladwin news. Little chance to assess him without much playing time. Guy with impressive goals from midfield. #QPR — Barry Byrne (@ByrneBarry) October 8, 2015
To be fair a loan move for Gladwin makes sense at the moment, he’s not going to get any game time for the foreseeable

Swindon fans, meanwhile, were divided over whether their club should take Gladwin back to the County Ground.
Ben Gladwin would be a perfect addition, he’d bring the attacking intent we’re desperately missing in midfield. #STFC — Dan Johnson ن (@danwjonson) October 8, 2015
Don’t need Gladwin, just an attempt at appeasing fans. Need two defenders. — Chris Barsby (@Barsbeh) October 8, 2015
If gladwin comes back to town on loan I’ll be the happiest person in the world 😍😍😍😍😍 — George (@GeorgeFGodwin) October 8, 2015
Why are we trying to get Ben Gladwin on loan? We need defenders not substandard league two midfielders — Tom (@tommyselwood69) October 8, 2015
