The Sun, meanwhile, say Chelsea will battle with Manchester City to sign Stones this summer.
The newspaper declares that the two clubs will be involved in a ‘£40m war’ over the player.
Chelsea also continue to be tipped to make a move to re-sign Lukaku, having sold the striker to Everton in 2014.
The Daily Star claim Chelsea plan to table a combined £90m bid for Stones and Lukaku, while the Daily Express put the figure at £100m.
