A round-up of the latest transfer speculation involving Chelsea…
Chelsea, who have long been linked with Leonardo Bonucci, face competition from Manchester United and Manchester City for the signing of the Italy defender, reports claim.
Bonucci, 29, played under Antonio Conte at Juventus and the incoming Chelsea boss is reported to be keen to sign him for the Blues after the European Championship.
The Daily Star say new United manager Jose Mourinho is ready to upset his former club by beating them to a deal to sign Bonucci from Juve.
Reports in France say Manchester City are also looking to capture the centre-back.
Meanwhile, the Express have picked up on the website FCInterNews claiming that Chelsea have approached Inter Milan to sign defender Juan Jesus.
And Metro claim Sofiane Boufal’s agent Yvan Le Mee has revealed that the Lille midfielder is set to discuss a move to Chelsea.
It comes after Le Mee told French television: “We did have a meeting with the leadership of Barcelona in the last few weeks. There is interest.
“We have also initiated discussions with three other clubs that interest us, but they either have or will change their coach or the coach is in charge of the national team at the Euros.
“In England there is interest, but the English market is just beginning. A transfer of €20m and €25m is not resolved in two weeks of course.”
Metro say it is “fairly evident” that Italy boss Conte is the coach being referred to by Le Mee.
