A round-up of the latest transfer speculation involving Chelsea…
Chelsea are monitoring 18-year-old winger Ousmane Dembele but are facing competition from Manchester City, the Daily Mail claims.
The Rennes teenager is also said to be interesting Borussia Dortmund and Atletico Madrid, while Red Bull Salzburg apparently made a £1.7m bid for him last summer.
The same newspaper suggests Everton have joined Chelsea in scouting 19-year-old Red Star Belgrade midfielder Marko Grujic, who was recently quoted as saying he had been told the Blues wanted to sign him.
Chelsea are also being linked with moves for Valencia winger Sofiane Feghouli as well as Marseille pair Michy Batshuayi and Nicolas N’Koulou.
The Daily Express, quoting reports in Spain, claims 25-year-old Feghouli – whose contract runs out next summer – is being lined up as replacement for Eden Hazard, with Manchester United also apparently interested in the Algerian.
TalkSport, meanwhile, believes Chelsea will face competition from Valencia and Arsenal for the signature of striker Batshuayi, who has scored eight times in 13 Ligue 1 games this season.
Talksport also picks up on reports in Italy that suggest centre-back N’Koulou is target for Chelsea as well as Lazio and Liverpool.
Paris St-Germain striker Edinson Cavani has once again been tipped to join Chelsea.
Reports in France, picked up by the Daily Telegraph, claim the Uruguayan is reluctant to return to Paris following the terrorist attacks on Friday.
The Daily Star believes Nigerian teeenager Kelechi Nwakali would prefer move to Arsenal, despite having been touted for a move to Chelsea, Liverpool or Manchester City.
And reports in Turkey suggest Galatasaray will beat Chelsea to the signing of Lokomotiv Moscow’s Senegalese striker Omar Niasse.
