Chelsea have once again been linked with Inter Milan striker Mauro Icardi.
Tuttosport claim Icardi, 23, is being targeted by the Blues and Manchester United ahead of this summer’s transfer window.
Recent reports elsewhere in the Italian media have suggested the Argentine is also wanted by AC Milan.
Icardi has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge many times in the last couple of years, but Chelsea have shown no substantial interest in signing him.
Meanwhile, the Daily Star declare that United are looking to beat Chelsea to the signing of Roma’s Miralem Pjanic, who has also been linked with a move to the Bridge.
The Times recently reported that Chelsea were in talks over possible deal to sign the 25-year-old midfielder.
Pjanic is said to have been recommended to the club by Antonio Conte, who has been widely tipped to take over as Chelsea manager.
His Roma team-mate Radja Nainggolan has also been suggested to Chelsea as a possible signing by Conte, reports say.
