QPR fans on Twitter react to Blackburn draw
QPR fans on Twitter have called head coach Chris Ramsey “deluded” and “tactically inept” following the 2-2 home draw with Blackburn on Wednesday.
Rangers twice had to come from behind, with Nedum Onuoha’s 79th-minute goal sparing them a second successive home defeat.
And some supporters felt the team’s performance, and Ramsey’s reaction to the result, meant he had to go.
@WestLondonSport “We probably shaded it on the play” CR is totally Deluded if he genuinely believes this — Allan Pike (@AlllanPike) September 16, 2015
The sooner Ramsey goes the better imo #RamseyOut #QPR

Another pathetic #QPR performance how bad does it have to get before we get rid of Ramsey. — Lee Wadlow (@Leewads) September 16, 2015
We’re told Ramsey is this ‘great coach’. Seeing no evidence of it. Seem to be getting worse. Can’t pass, can’t attack, can’t defend #QPR

Sorry but Ramsey hasn’t got a clue how to change a game he’s tactically inept and out his depth #QPR — Russell Maynard (@maynardqpr) September 16, 2015
But others felt Ramsey should be given more time, particularly as QPR only lie just outside the play-offs.
I think it’s far too early to be calling for Ramsey’s head. We haven’t made a terrible start. Only 3pts off promotion spot. #QPR

Why do some fans want Ramsey out? The target isn’t going up anyway. You can see the club isn’t spending much. Patience. #qpr — Yousef Marafi® (@Yousef_QPR) September 17, 2015
Ramsey is a good manager. Just not right now. Everyone makes mistakes, and gets better by learning from them. He needs time

I also have concerns about our failure to defend and to give away silly goals, still we have only been doing this for three years still do not learn. if you do not concerned you cannot loose or get relegated.

Ramsey is QPR Coach that is his position not manager. He needs more time to get things right, at least we are in the top half of the table. Improvement will come.

Please have Bowyer in his place. He must be one of the most negative managers ever. You would regret it if we swapped. You can have our owners the Venky,s as well.

Ramsey just an academy man and not a manager, has to go. Tony Fernandes has to realize this and with big Sam waiting for a position then now is the time to bring him out of the cold before it’s to late because we will get nothing out of the Hull game.

We haven’t the quality players to play the system c r has 2 be the most negative manager going, Sam allardyce was available but we stick with “youth team coach”if yr playing a bottom 3 side u don’t play 1 up front!! Be lucky to get mid table!God knows what happens when we play a top team maybe Austin on the bench and Clint hill up front (on his own of course!!!!!!!)

I think everyone needs about 10 games to try and gel and see where you are going. For QPR they have 1 win in 4 home games that’s worrying.. For some reason they persist with playing Karl Henry in front of a weak back 4, the back four, they play too deep frightened of pace, Henry plays too deep, the gap between the attack and defence is too big and it invites the long ball which QPR struggle against . The defence need to push up higher and the team need to squeeze space and close down more quickly, i dont see any great change in tactics under Ramsey. If you look at the squads in the league QPR have one of the best and should be challenging. The defence is poor though especially the full backs, after 5 games it looked good, after 7 not so good after 10 who knows?

Looks as though the sun’s going down on our latest “New Dawn”. Yes I think we all agree he’s a good coach but the jury’s out on his ability ad a manager, the trouble is wr has a lot of stucture now in place including Sir Les, who I would think is closely linked to Ramsey, and there’s no doubting the ethos given out by Les about bringing more home grown players through, yet in the last few games they appear to be overlooked, nevertheless lets get Faurlin back in the side.

That defence all slow old timers where’s furlong and the Asian lad they will give pace we can’t clear our lines with slow players at midfield

Patience people. 15 new signings, trying to get used to each other and a new system, and guess what, the best way to progress this is with good coaching. The players have been brought in to fill the relevant positions for this system, 2 per position [or near as poss] and all on a tight budget. I think it shows a clear plan and one to be stuck with, although I agree a plan b] and c] are important and should be worked on.
We’re 3 points off promotion at the moment, and a new manager in my opinion would show our club to be no better off than it has been over the last few years, turmoil after turmoil. I say leave Chris and Sir Les to do their jobs and get behind the team from every angle.

Well we are all right Ramsey can’t see it so he has to go
Rangers should be feared in that league play the right players in the right positions not all 6 midfielders get some pace in the team and as for Henry what a load of toot last season and this Ramsey keeps praising him I’ve not praised him once and I’ve seen all the games
A good team will kill us if he plays the same way
Sack him b 4 it’s 2 late

Ramsey is clearly out of his depth, a nice guy i’m sure, but as for being the right man to take the team forward I have major reservations. Yet again, we have clearly made some shit signings, Sebastian Polter (useless lump), Ben Gladwin, (lazy, slow tracking back), Jay Emmanuel Thomas decent for the championship but where is he?, Toszer (fancy flicks and passes) but no work rate.. Tactically has no idea how to win matches, why are we playing Charlie on his own upfront, we need should be playing two strikers at home!! – Ramsey, resign now before you leave us rooted to the bottom with 2 games left in the season!

Chris Ramsey has this cunning plan of playing one forward (Charlie Austin) at home. What message does that send to the opposition, that they are not frightened of us and for QPR not to have a recognised striker on the bench is unbelievable. If Ramsey wants to keep QPR in the Championship he is going the way about it, let’s not forget he is a Coach not a Manager, because a Manager would have changed the formation half way through the first half (two holding midfield players at home, what a joke) anyone with the brains they were born with can see his formation does not work and the sooner it changes the better.
