Fans on Twitter hail Chelsea youngster Abraham
Many Chelsea fans on Twitter want Tammy Abraham to be considered for a first-team spot next season after his terrific start to a loan spell at Bristol City.
The 18-year-old has netted eight times in nine games in all competitions, and scored twice at Sheffield Wednesday to move out on his own as the Championship’s leading scorer.
Chelsea currently only have two strikers in their first team – Diego Costa and Michy Batshuayi – and many Blues fans wished Abraham could be recalled to offer another option.
Chelsea should reserve the number 9 jersey for Tammy Abraham. 7 goals in last 8 shots for Bristol. Very talented. #CFC

How many £££ will Chelsea waste buying strikers before giving Tammy Abraham a starting XI spot? #CFC #LoanArmy

I’ve been telling people for a couple years how good Tammy Abraham really is and how he is a pure natural goalscorer! He’s doing bits! #CFC

If we mess up bringing Tammy Abraham into the first team then what is the point in our academy #cfc #chelsea
