Fernandes praises Gladwin on Twitter after QPR win
QPR co-chairman Tony Fernandes took to Twitter following the pre-season friendly win against Watford, singling out Ben Gladwin and Conor Washington.
Gladwin, who spent much of last season out on loan, is hoping to establish himself in the Rangers first team this term.
