Sebastian Polter, who scored the second goal in a 3-0 victory, also savoured the result, while former Rangers star Kevin Gallen suggested the club could yet reach the Championship play-offs.

Brentford had one good season in thirty years and started talking about the Premier League! Hopefully they’ll be put out of their misery and return to the lower divisions where they might be able to compete.
