Les Ferdinand’s call for QPR fans to be patient following their team’s uninspiring start to the season has been met with a mixed response on Twitter.
Some have called for head coach Chris Ramsey to be sacked after the 4-0 defeat to west London neighbours Fulham.
Others have urged their fellow supporters to give Ramsey more time, while a few have started to question director of football Ferdinand’s role.

Sorry folks, Sir Les just isn't up to it. Player recruitment wasn't great in the summer and his inability to get Ramsey the tactical support that he desperately needs, shows that Sir Les is every bit a fish out of water as Ramsey. The problem is that Les is the reason why Ramsey got the job yet Les has proved incapable of supporting his man!
GET A NICE NEW GROUND AND PLAYERS THAT WANT TO PLAY
FOR QPR WASTE OFF TIME GOING UP WE WILL JUST COME DOWN AGAIN SAME OLD SAME OLD
I would keep Les, and Ramsey stay on as coach but get someone like Nigel Pearson as manager - he would show some real tough love on this squad and whip them into shape.
You don't run a race just to compete you run it to win. Why are we only worried about consolidation we should aim to win. If we don't do it at least we tried. If we consolidate with the players we have now and don't go up, next year we will have to start again without our best players, Green, Austin, Fer, Sandro, Philips won't stay we won't be able to afford their wages apart from anything else. Let's try to win the Championship. CR is a good coach at developing players but we need a winning mentallity.
I suspect that, without the strikers, it will get worse before it gets better. But it will get better & Les and Chris should stay. We need continuity and it is frustrating when the supporters who have been demanding it for years change their tune so quickly after a few poor performances.
A bit too much moaning going on here. Admittedly I wasn't at the Cottage on Friday night so didn't see the debacle, but I listened on radio, and it was obvious.
Clearly that was not just a blip. There are problems with the balance of the squad and they need to be sorted out. But, there are problems with the history of the club over the last six or seven years, and they need to be sorted out also. This is not a one season fix, and as frustrated as we all are, we are going to have to be patient.
I have supported this club since 1966, when my old man first started taking me. My support has not changed even though most of the intervening years have been spent on the other side of the world.
If we do not get back to the EPL this season, it is not the end of the world. People need a little more patience and learn to manage their frustrations better.
ramsey must go and les wants to liven up and karl henry would struggle to get into Dagenham and redbride reserves . sandro and fir must play.
