Chelsea will make a £30m bid for Everton talisman Marouane Fellaini in January, The People say.
It is claimed Blues owner Roman Abramovich has given the green light to huge offer for the Belgian.
Chelsea are also planning to bid for Arsenal’s Theo Walcott, according to the Sunday Telegraph.
Meanwhile, Chelsea winger Marko Marin has been lined up for return to his first club Borussia Monchengladbach, the Sunday Mirror report.
The Sunday Mirror also say Chelsea legend Didier Drogba is keen to train with his former club to keep himself in shape ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations.
The Sun on Sunday publish details of posts on Facebook by Ashley Cole’s mother, seemingly suggesting the England man will join Paris St-Germain when his Chelsea contract expires at the end of the season.
“Well looks like his going somwhere better hear than the talk of man u. Not too far on the Euro star,” she is reported to have written.
The Sun on Sunday also say Fulham are keen on FC Twente’s £3m-rated defender Douglas amid fears they could lose Brede Hangeland.
Skipper Hangeland is said to be stalling over signing a new deal at Craven Cottage.

Mr Collins, you make me laugh for saying Fellaini isn't playing well, I'd bet my life †̥ sign Fellaini over Walcot 10 times. Walcot is just another sturridge, a winger demanding †̥ playing as a striker! Is that what chelsea needs? We need Fellaini or Willian to replace Lampard when he leaves in January. And sont forget Mikel will be out too due to AFCON, so why not Fellaini? Pls we don't need another sturridge-like Walcot!
