Punters fancy West Ham this season but Chelsea should see them off

The feel-good factor appears to have returned at Stamford Bridge, with expectations high prior to the new Premier League campaign.

As a result, we at BetVictor have moved Chelsea in to 11/2 from 7/1 to win the title this season.

New boss Antonio Conte did a wonderful job at both Juventus, leading the Italian outfit to the Serie A title, and the national side, who were unlucky to lose to Germany on penalties at the quarter-final stage of the summer’s Euros in France.

Chelsea have strengthened, bringing in Leicester’s N’Golo Kante and Michy Batshuayi from Marseille for a collective £64m and both are likely to be a staple in the Blues starting XI for many years to come.

Batshuayi looks a fascinating prospect after netting 22 goals in all competitions for Marseille last term.

Slaven Bilic’s side are now as short as 9/4 and 8/1 to finish in the top six and four respectively. But we think they’ll lose on Monday.
