It’s been a good week for Chelsea.
They showed their mettle at White Hart Lane on Saturday and their class when thrashing Steaua Bucharest 4-0 in the Champions League – the Basel hiccup is now a thing of the past.
BetVictor make Chelsea 8/13 to top Group E, 1/12 to qualify for the last 16 and 14/1 to go all the way and lift the trophy.
On the domestic front, Chelsea are 8/13 favourites for Sunday’s game at Carrow Road against a Norwich side that have won their last two – including an excellent win at Stoke last weekend.
The Canaries are 5/1 and the draw is 31/10.
Fernando Torres is ruled out, so Samuel Eto’o is likely to be recalled to the starting XI and the veteran is 5/1 to grab the opener and 6/4 to score anytime during the 90 minutes.
The Blues really ought to take all three points and BetVictor make a Chelsea 2-0 win 15/2.
Frank Lampard was on the scoresheet in Romania and with the international break in mind there will be no rotation from boss Jose Mourinho and the 2/1 for Lamps to score any time could be on the large side.
Just down the road, QPR go from strength to strength.
After opening the season at 6/1, Rangers are now evens with BetVictor to win the Championship title and odds-on at 4/11 to be back in the Premier League next term.
At the start of the campaign we offered odds of 10/11 on them conceding 45 goals or fewer in the league this season.
They are now 1/8 and we bet 9/2 they concede 46 or more.
We have also priced up the number of clean sheets Rangers will keep during the season and bet:
Less than 17: 7/4
Between 17 and 20: 15/8
More than 20: 6/4
