Chelsea and Arsenal snub chance to sign Dutch star – report
Chelsea and Arsenal have both snubbed the chance to sign Wesley Sneijder, according to The Sun.
It is claimed Inter Milan want the Dutch midfielder, 28, off their wage bill and are willing to let him go on a free transfer.
But his wages, reported to be £200,000, are said to have put clubs off.
The Daily Mirror say Chelsea are ready to loan Marko Marin to Bayer Leverkusen as a ‘sweetener’ before bidding for Andre Schurrle.
It is claimed Marin, signed from Werder Bremen, will jump at the chance to return to Germany and that the Blues are encouraging Leverkusen’s interest as they are hoping to sign Schurrle from them in the summer.
The Sun, meanwhile, suggest Marin has ruled out a move to the Bundesliga club.

Kudos to Mako Marin as he rejected loaning him back to Boslinga club, loaning him to QPR or any EPL club can only help him improve at Chelsea.
