Fulham boss Kit Symons described his team’s surrendering of two-goal lead against Charlton as “inexplicable”. Here’s how we rated his players in the 2-2 draw at The Valley.
Andy Lonergan: 6
Made himself a big presence in goal, saving well to deny Conor McAleny among others, but was let down by his team-mates late on. Their poor marking cost him a clean sheet.
Jazz Richards: 6
Had a mixed game, sometimes stopping the impressive McAleny in his tracks but often allowing the winger past him to cross or shoot.
Richard Stearman: 6
Made some crucial blocks and interceptions, including one at the end to prevent a Charlton winner.
Tim Ream: 6
Had a decent game until the final minutes. He failed to deal with the corner from which Jordan Cousins equalised.
James Husband: 7
As well as defending well, nullifying any Charlton threat from the right, Husband was a danger going forward with his crossing and passing.
Lasse Vigen Christensen: 6
Replaced the suspended Tom Cairney on the right-hand side and became sloppy with his touch and passing after a lively start.
Jamie O’Hara: 8
Bossed the midfield for large chunks of the game and dictated the tempo for his side. Another excellent performance.
Ryan Tunnicliffe: 7
Scored his first goal for the club, capping a strong display. But Johnnie Jackson was his man to mark when he headed Charlton back into the game.
Ben Pringle: 6
Delivered some good early crosses but then faded from the game and was eventually replaced in the second half.
Ross McCormack: 7
Dropped a little deeper in the second half and became more involved. Continued his fine form with a well-timed finish – his 100th Championship goal.
Moussa Dembele: 6
Had few chances. Almost scored what would have been an excellent goal when he curled a shot from distance onto the top of the net in the second half.
Luke Garbutt: 6
Steady after coming off the bench for his competitive debut.
Cauley Woodrow: 6
Could have done better when he was put through late on.

Garbutt was steady? He ran around like a headless chicken. Too keen to impress and did to keep to his position popping up in attack, left back position and on the right. Harsh to highlight him maybe but a good example of the lack of discipline in the side which is a result of the lack of direction from the bench.
