QPR have been struggling of late and we make Ipswich 11/10 favourites to win Saturday’s game at Portman Road, Rangers 13/8 and the draw 23/10.
Harry Redknapp’s side were knocked out of the FA Cup at Goodison Park by a relatively second-string Everton side but the loss should be seen as a blessing in disguise as the main priority is promotion to the Premier League.
Rangers have been eased to 15/8 with support continuing to come in for leaders Leicester City – the Foxes now 11/8 favourites for the title and similarly able to focus solely on promotion aspirations after a 2-1 loss to Stoke saw them also crash out of the Cup.
The R’s can cut the deficit this weekend and will be seeking to turn around their recent form away from Loftus Road; without a goal or win in their last three on the road.
And although Mick McCarthy’s men are unbeaten in nine games, they have drawn four of their last five and have only faced top-nine opposition once, playing out a goalless draw with Nottingham Forest.
All eyes will once again be on Charlie Austin and the striker is the 4/1 favourite to score the first goal and 6/5 to score at any time.
Austin remains 7/1 with BetVictor to finish the season as the Championship’s leading scorer, Leeds’ Ross McCormack the 7/4 favourite.

Everything depends on QPR's approach to the game. For most of the season, they have chosen to start defensively and lately paid for that by going 0-1 down before thinking about attack. And with such a poor scoring record, they might scrape a draw at best.
I doubt that Rangers will go for throat from the start like they should do. Instead I predict that they will stroll around in pseudo superiority, go one nil down and stay there.
Ipswich 1 QPR 0
I agree we won't get any kind of result at Ipswich . Another defeat on the cards probably 2-0 !
