The Daily Star claim a number of clubs, including Chelsea, want Anderlecht youngster Youri Tielemans.
The 19-year-old midfielder was previously touted for a move to Manchester United, who have been linked with him again.
The Star say United are keeping tabs on Tielemans and that there is also interest from Chelsea, Liverpool, Tottenham, Arsenal and Bayern Munich.
Over the weekend, the Sunday Mirror claimed Chelsea want Hoffenheim defender Niklas Sule.
The newspaper suggested that Everton are also interested in the Germany international but will face competition from Blues boss Antonio Conte.
Conte is said to be keen to strengthen his defensive options with skipper John Terry and Branislav Ivanovic possibly coming towards the end of their time at Chelsea.
