Charlie Austin’s display in QPR’s 2-0 defeat at Charlton on Saturday sparked a mixed response from Rangers fans on Twitter.
Most agreed the striker, apparently coveted by several Premier League clubs, struggled to make an impact on the game.
However, while some blamed the team’s system for leaving him isolated up front, others accused him of having his mind elsewhere – and some felt he should be sold as soon as possible.
However, others felt Austin’s goal-laden spell at Rangers means he should have some credit in the bank with supporters – and there were many who were disappointed at boos heard when Austin was substituted late on.

Charlie was clearly not fit, but he has done more than any player
in our squad for the last 2 years. Lets give him a break.
Think Ramsay's decision making needs looking, more than blaming
Charlie who really should not have played after only 1 game all summer....
The Sooner the situation is resolved the better for everyone it's frustrating all round. But as for Booing Charlie...
T'aint right..T'aint fair...T'aint Proper..!!!
