Watford v Chelsea: No striker again for Blues

Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri has opted to continue playing without a recognised striker for the game at Vicarage Road.

It means Eden Hazard will again lead the Blues’ attack, supported by Willian and Pedro, with Olivier Giroud again on the bench.

There is no Ruben Loftus-Cheek in Chelsea’s matchday squad but there is a place on the bench for young striker Callum Hudson-Odoi.

Andreas Christensen is still out with a hamstring injury and Alvaro Morata also remains sidelined.

Watford, meanwhile, are without the injured Will Hughes, Andre Gray, Sebastian Prodl and Adalberto Penaranda remain sidelined.
