John Terry scored twice as Chelsea came back from two down to win 3-2 in a pre-season friendly at AFC Wimbledon.
The Blues trailed at the interval after Alan Bennett had headed in after only 39 seconds and Matt Tubbs netted from the penalty spot after being fouled by Kurt Zouma.
After a host of planned changes at half-time, Terry scored from close range following Lewis Baker’s right-wing corner and Chelsea applied sustained pressure but were still behind with 11 minutes remaining.
Mo Salah got the equaliser, firing into the bottom corner after being found by Baker.
And Terry headed home in the last minute – again from a corner by young midfielder Baker.
It was Chelsea’s second win in as many pre-season games, following their 5-0 success at Wycombe earlier this week.
