Stoke City chairman Peter Coates has told Sky Sports News he hopes Chelsea will allow winger Victor Moses to move to the Britannia Stadium on a permanent basis.
Winger Moses has been on loan at Stoke this season, scoring three times in 18 Premier League games.
The 24-year-old, who cost the Blues around £9m when he joined from Wigan in August 2012, has not played for Chelsea since May 2013, having spent last term at Liverpool.
Speaking about his club’s plans, Coates said: “Victor Moses is an interesting situation for us and we would like to see how the land lies with that one. If we can, we would like to do a deal.”
