There continues to be speculation over the future of Ebere Eze.
West London Sport revealed last year that Crystal Palace and Brighton had watched the QPR youngster.
That led to reports claiming that Tottenham were also interested in Eze, who has continued to impress.
The Sun on Sunday now declare that Eze’s hopes of landing a “dream move” to Spurs “could be scuppered” by the north London club’s recent sacking of Mauricio Pochettino.
It is claimed that Tottenham were seriously interested in Eze but that a move looks less likely now Jose Mourinho has replaced Pochettino.
The Sun on Sunday claim Spurs “were at the head of the queue” and that Pochettino had instructed his scouts to keep tabs on Eze.
The newspaper also reckon Chelsea are among clubs still showing an interest in the forward.
It is claimed that the Blues, West Ham and Leicester have been monitoring him.
