Ramires is discussing a big-money move to Chinese club Jiangsu Suning.
The Brazilian midfielder, 28, has been at Chelsea since 2010 and signed a four-year contract in October.
But he has been out of favour under interim boss Guus Hiddink and has not started a league game since Chelsea’s 2-1 defeat at Leicester on 14 December.
Several European clubs enquired about Ramires before he agreed a new deal at Stamford Bridge and seemingly committed his long-term future to the Blues.
He has made 247 appearances for Chelsea since being signed from Benfica for £19m.
