Oscar in talks ahead of expected big-money move
Oscar is in talks with Shanghai SIPG ahead of a possible big-money move and appears to be about to leave Chelsea.
The Chinese Super League club, managed by former Chelsea boss Andre Villa-Boas, have submitted a bid for Oscar and are looking to sign him in a deal potentially worth £60m.
Chelsea have accepted the offer and Oscar, who has not started a Premier League match since October, has been told he can leave Stamford Bridge.
The 25-year-old Brazilian was signed in 2012 and has made 131 league appearances for the Blues, scoring 21 goals.
He has been out of favour this season and several European clubs have been linked with him, but there has been no prospect of any offers on the scale of the huge bid from Shanghai.
