Marko Marin scored as Chelsea beat Crystal Palace 4-1 in the Under-21 Premier League.
Lucas Piazon also featured in the game at Brentford’s Griffin Park, where Chelsea’s other goals came from Patrick Bamford, Todd Kane and Lewis Baker.
Marin was impressive throughout and set up the opener for Kane, who tucked away the German’s left-wing cross.
Jason Banton equalised before Marin headed in a cross from Bamford, who then made it 3-1 with a thumping 25-yard drive.
Baker got on the scoresheet eight minutes from time, when his long-range effort crossed the line after being fumbled by keeper Lewis Price.
On a disappointing note for the Blues, young defender Aziz Deen-Conteh limped off midway through the second half.
He appeared to pick up a knee injury in a crunching challenge from Palace’s Alex Wynter.

rdm must find a way to gel this guy with oscar & hazard if mata is not available.
4fRDM refuse to use the guy just as he refuse to give mose chance to topstrike he keep using torres who need delivrance, very soon torres will cost you ur job. Guadiola is somewhere waiting, if you want make subb instead you will remove hazard for marin torres for moses you keep remove oscar the senoir boy.
Mako marin is a fantastic player RDM give a chance agaibst west b... Or pep or jos wel used him okay.
