Lampard hails Ziyech after Chelsea victory

Frank Lampard hailed Hakim Ziyech after the Moroccan played a starring role in Chelsea’s 4-1 win over Sheffield United.

Ziyech stole the show, playing a part in three of his team’s goals as they came from behind at Stamford Bridge.

“He’s brought a different element to our game,” Blues boss Lampard said.


“He sees the pass and has no fear in trying the pass even if he’s missed the last pass.

“He’s trying to play game-changing passes regularly.

“But there are lots of parts to his game. I wouldn’t want to just lean on that.

“I think his work-ethic off the ball as well and his work for the team means he’s a very complete player. I expect a lot more to come from him.”
