Frank Lampard has joined the rest of the Chelsea squad at their training camp in Mallorca.
The 33-year-old midfielder stayed in London for a scan on a calf injury when his team-mates departed for the five-day trip.
That scan revealed Lampard suffered a slight muscle tear during Saturday’s goalless draw at Norwich, making him major doubt for this weekend’s FA Cup fourth-round clash against QPR.
But his recovery is going well and he has subsequently been given the green light to fly to Spain, where he took part in a training session on Wednesday morning.
