Lampard to make changes for Aston Villa game
Chelsea boss Frank Lampard plans to make changes for today’s game against Aston Villa.
Lampard was planning to rotate the squad even before the Boxing Day defeat at Arsenal.
But that poor performance will also now influence the team selection against Villa.
Lampard explained: “There will be some changes and I knew that anyway.
“To play two games in two days, we have to make changes.
“Some of them will now happen as well because of how the (Arsenal) game went and people will have to come in and inject the energy and personality we need.”
Lampard also confirmed that Hakim Ziyech is still unavailable.
Ziyech has been recovering from a hamstring problem and is not yet fit enough to play.

Its time for changes..Timo Werner,K.Hervertz on the right place so they show what they are capable of cause they are outplayed to their positions..And infact another penalt taker should be intoduced we are tired of useless Jorginho or else we won’t proceed…..

Lampard should try Werner as a top 9. His ability to run into space and positioning could give him a goal which is the much needed buster.

I IT’S TIME FOR LAMPARD TO USE WERNER AS A CENTER FORWARD PULISIC LEFT WING AND ODOI RIGHT WING.
I THINK WITH THIS, IF WERNER GET A GOAL WITH THIS SELECTION, HE WILL COME BACK TO HIS BEST PERFORMANCE.
