Juventus seem unlikely to sign Morata
Juventus appear to be out of the running to sign Alvaro Morata.
The Chelsea striker has been linked with a return to Juve, where he previously enjoyed two seasons on loan from Real Madrid.
Morata has struggled since a big-money move from Real to Chelsea last summer and has been touted for a possible move back to Turin.
However, Juventus chief executive Giuseppe Marotta told Italian television he does not believe a deal is likely.
“Morata always expressed sincere appreciation for Juventus and the city of Turin. But it was a very expensive transfer, so it’s practically impossible to get him back,” Marotta has been quoted as saying.
