Blues youngsters reach European final
Dominic Solanke scored twice as Chelsea’s Under-19 side beat Roma 4-0 in Nyon, Switzerland, to reach the final of the Uefa Youth League.
Two goals in the opening few minutes of the second half swung the match in Chelsea’s favour.
Charlie Colkett’s deflected shot put them ahead before Solanke [pictured] made it 2-0.
Solanke’s second goal was the striker’s 11th of the tournament and substitute Tammy Abraham added a late fourth.
Chelsea will face Shakhtar Donetsk in the final on Monday afternoon.
