Matic praised after impressive display
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho was full of praise for Nemanja Matic after the FA Cup fourth-round victory against Stoke.
Making his first start since his £21m return to Stamford Bridge from Benfica, Matic was an imposing figure in midfield for the Blues in their 1-0 win.
And Mourinho said: “He played very well and was very comfortable. There was big stability and also with Frank Lampard on his side he was very comfortable on the pitch.
“I have not seen statistical data but for sure he stole lots of balls and his passing was always quality.
“He also used his physicality, not to dominate Peter Crouch but to at least make it difficult.
“He is very comfortable on the ball. His left foot is always ‘soft’ and the ball is always sweet. The team flies when it has someone like that.”

Pls mourinho dont wait until summer, before signing prolific striker likes diego costa or jackson martinez or balotelli or beradi or cavani, chelsea squard still lack striker and so, mourinho have to change his mind, and buy striker before the january transfer close, because of the competition ahead or at the front to face
