Lampard frustrated after Chelsea drop more points
Frank Lampard made his frustration clear after Chelsea’s 2-2 draw with 10-man Arsenal.
The home side once again paid the price for not being clinical enough – even after David Luiz was sent off against his former club.
Blues boss Lampard is keen to bring in at least one forward during this month’s transfer window and again spoke about the need to make changes after seeing his team drop more points.
And while Chelsea continue to struggle in front of goal, their shortcomings at the other end of the pitch were also evident as they conceded two sloppy goals.
Referring to their poor defending, Lampard said: “If they can’t do it right then someone else will have to do it right.”
