Chelsea’s Eden Hazard has told the club’s website that the Blues are determined to dent Tottenham’s title hopes.
Spurs visit Stamford Bridge a week on Monday and desperately need a win as they chase leaders Leicester at the top of the table.
“We don’t want Tottenham to win the Premier League – the fans, the club and the players,” said Hazard, who scored twice in Chelsea’s 4-1 victory at Bournemouth on Saturday.
“We hope for Leicester because they deserve to be champions but we will see. We have a big game next week against Tottenham and if we can beat them it will be good.”
Chelsea fans at Bournemouth made their feelings clear by chanting for their team to beat rivals Spurs, who have not won at the Bridge for 26 years.
Interim Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink said: “I didn’t hear what the fans were singing because I was so focused on the game. But we play the next game to win, and the next game is Tottenham.
“We have talked about it this week – that we don’t want this season to fade away.”

It's all very well Chelsea's players and manager talking like this - a title should be earned. But Chelsea have to play Leicester before the end of the season, too. If they come out with all this talk now and then appear lacking in effort against Leicester they could end up in trouble.
Wouldn't it have been more prudent just putting in a performance and then saying they were really pleased to derail Spurs (if they do) or that they really wanted to and tried to (if they fail).
Classy stuff eh?
So who exactly are you pinning your seasons ambitions on?
