Chelsea are waiting to hear the extent of the head injury suffered by goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois in the 2-0 win over Arsenal.
The Belgian was injured in a first-half collision and, although he initially stayed on, he had to be replaced by Petr Cech before the break and went to hospital.
Blues boss Jose Mourinho said: “It was a precaution. The doctor says normally there is nothing to be too worried about.
“I was just worried about the kid, not about the game because we have two of the three best goalkeepers in the world.
“So when one of them is injured and the other comes off and the other comes in, it is no problem. There is no change in my heartbeat.
“I was confident Petr would once more do a fantastic job.”
