Chelsea’s youngsters were beaten 3-1 at home by Tottenham in the Under-21 Premier League on Friday evening.
Tammy Abraham (pictured) got a consolation goal for his side in the match at Aldershot, where Shayon Harrison netted twice for Spurs.
Harrison opened the scoring on 28 minutes when he finished well after being set up by Filipe Lesniak.
Milos Veljkovic made it 2-0 after the interval when he scored at the far post following a corner, and Harrison then grabbed his second of the night.
Abraham’s 87th-minute goal was well taken, the young striker meeting Ola Aina’s cross with a firm downward header – his fourth league goal of the season.
