Chelsea drew 1-1 with Bohemians in Frank Lampard’s first match as Blues boss.
Michy Batshuayi opened the scoring for Chelsea in the pre-season friendly in Dublin, firing home on eight minutes after Kenedy’s shot had deflected towards the Belgian striker.
Eric Molley, a trialist, equalised in the final minute following a spell of pressure by the home side.
Lampard started with a 4-2-3-1 formation, with Cesar Azpilicueta at centre-back and Danny Drinkwater alongside Ethan Ampadu in midfield.
A completely different line-up, captained by Kurt Zouma, featured in the second half.
Chelsea will be in action in Dublin again on Saturday afternoon, when they play St Patrick’s.
