Conte criticises Morata for sending-off
Antonio Conte criticised Alvaro Morata for getting himself sent off during Chelsea’s FA Cup clash with Norwich.
Chelsea prevailed on penalties at Stamford Bridge, where Morata and Pedro were dismissed towards the end of extra time.
Having been booked for diving after going down in the penalty area under a challenge from Christoph Zimmermann, Morata’s reaction immediately brought a second yellow card, for dissent.
Blues boss Conte said: “For sure I am not happy for the second yellow card to Morata.
“The first was for a doubtful situation, but the second was for dissent. You must pay great attention because in this moment in the game you have to stay calm.”
Morata must now serve a ban, limiting Conte’s attacking options for Saturday’s away game against Brighton.
“We have to play in two days against Brighton and we have to try to recover very well,” said Conte.
“It will not be easy. We face many problems and after the red cards Pedro and Morata are not available.”

I Can,t see the reason why Cfc coach Conte is killing Michy Batshuayi with bench, batshuayi is a future player and i prefer him than morata, chelsea need a sharp and stronge striker like Didier Drogba, diego coasta,Neymar jr, chelsea suppose to be using kenndy, ampadu, mosunda, and others young players.

Why Chelsea is not doing well at the moment is due to many defensive minded midfielders without a creative midfield apart from Hazard. It’s high time Chelsea get a creative midfielder to combine with Hazard, if not they will continued to struggle. What’s Bakayoko’s role in midfield. You guys are over-labouring Hazard.
