Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has shrugged off reports that Barcelona are interested in Cesar Azpilicueta, Nemanja Matic and Marcos Alonso.
Spanish newspaper Marca suggested this week that the Blues trio were being watched by Barca ahead of possible moves this summer.
“In this moment there is a lot of speculation about players and sometimes me,” said Conte.
“We are doing a good job – my players and my staff. We are doing well and it’s important to continue in this way.
“It’s normal for my players to be linked with other teams, but don’t forget that Chelsea is a great team in the same way Barcelona, Real Madrid and other teams are.”
Speaking at a press conference on Friday afternoon, Conte refused to comment on speculation over his future and that of club captain John Terry.
Reports have claimed that Terry, whose contract expires at the end of the season, could consider a move to another Premier League club.
“At the moment it is important to focus on the present,” Conte said.
