Chelsea will offer Michy Batshuayi a new contract and then send him out on loan again, The Sun on Sunday reports.
The newspaper say Newcastle, West Brom and Crystal Palace want to take the striker on loan for the coming season.
Batshuayi, who has been unable to establish himself as a first-team regular at Stamford Bridge, is in the final year of his contract.
According to The Sun on Sunday, Chelsea will extend that contract and avoid the prospect of him leaving on a free transfer next summer.
The club are also said to be keen for him to move on loan in order to put himself in the shop window and secure a transfer next year.
He was previously on loan at Palace, who are reportedly hoping to take him back to Selhurst Park for the new campaign.
Chelsea continue to be linked with Rennes goalkeeper Edouard Mendy.
A host of keepers have been touted as a possible replacement for Kepa Arrizabalaga amid speculation over the Spaniard’s future.
Recent reports have declared that Mendy is the man Chelsea want to sign this summer.
The Sunday Mirror say attempts to sign him have been stepped up and that the move “is being driven” by Chelsea’s technical and performance director Petr Cech, who himself joined the Blues from Rennes in 2004.
