Transfer gossip: Pjanic still being touted for move

Chelsea are yet again being linked with Miralem Pjanic.

The midfielder has been touted for a move to Stamford Bridge before and since joining Barcelona, who are said to be ready to sell him.


Chelsea are considering a move to sign him this summer but would face competition from Juventus and Paris St-Germain, The Sun reports.

It comes after ESPN in Spain reported that Barca are willing to listen to offers for Pjanic.


Clubs linked with Livramento

Aston Villa, Southampton and Brighton are among clubs said to be keen on Chelsea youngster Tino Livramento.

Goal.com say the three Premier League clubs, AC Milan and RB Leipzig are all interested in the 18-year-old.

It comes as Chelsea are negotiating a new contract for Livramento, who has a year remaining on his current deal.


City want James, Athletic say

Manchester City want to buy Reece James, it is claimed.

The Athletic claim City boss Pep Guardiola is a fan of the Chelsea defender and would like to sign him.

City are said to have added James to their list of transfer targets this summer.


Villa ‘ready to pay £40m for Abraham’

Aston Villa are ready to offer £40m for Tammy Abraham, according to the Mirror.

The striker, who scored 28 goals in 40 games while on loan at Villa for the 2018-19 season, has been tipped to leave Chelsea, where he is very much out of favour under boss Thomas Tuchel.

Villa are among several clubs to have been linked with him – and it is claimed that they are set to table a big-money bid.


Alonso linked with Barcelona

Marcos Alonso – another player tipped to leave Chelsea this summer – has been linked with a potential move to Barcelona.

Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo claimed Barca could snap up Alonso if left-back Firpo leaves the Nou Camp this summer but have since declared that Tuchel is determined to keep him. 


AC Milan reportedly want Blues trio

Various reports in Italy claim AC Milan are looking to complete deals to sign Olivier Giroud, Hakim Ziyech and Tiemoue Bakayoko from Chelsea.

Giroud has long been linked with a move to Milan, where Bakayoko was previously on loan.
