Charlie Brown scored twice as Chelsea’s development side beat Arsenal 3-1 to maintain their unbeaten record and their lead at the top of Premier League 2.
Billy Gilmour (pictured) captained the team at Aldershot, where Clinton Mola scored their other goal.
Brown opened the scoring after being set up by Thierno Ballo, and Mola’s volley following Gilmour’s free-kick doubled the Blues’ lead.
Arsenal responded with a goal from Ben Cotterill shortly before half-time but Brown’s goal 11 minutes after the interval sealed Chelsea’s win.
Gilmour, who recently made his first-team debut, was involved again, this time delivering a perfect cross for Brown to head in from close range.
