Drogba faces morning fitness test

Didier Drogba will be assessed on Tuesday morning to determine whether he is fit enough to play against Barcelona.

The Chelsea striker is doubt for the Champions League semi-final second leg because of a knee problem, but interim boss Roberto Di Matteo is hoping he will be available.

Drogba, who scored the winner in the Blues’ first-leg victory, travelled with the rest of the squad and has been tipped to play at the Nou Camp, where he joined his team-mates for a training session on Monday evening.

Defender David Luiz also made the trip, although he has been ruled out with hamstring injury.
